They got us involved to help embed their company values throughout the organisation, and aligned it to a colleague recognition campaign which rewards the sort of behaviour that reflects what the company believes in. Our campaign rolled out with screensavers, posters, banners and desk-drops, supported by the Intranet and their internal social channel.
With shared values at every level of the organisation, Principality now has a compass to guide them through all the changes that the market can throw at them.
