The Village Dairy

The Village Dairy have been producing yogurt on their North Wales farm for over 30 years and their Llaeth y Llan brand is well known throughout Wales. When they developed a zero percent Greek-style yogurt they brought us in to give it a distinct-but-related identity.

Of course the main feature is 0% fat so that became the central motif of the packaging and the use of a pattern derived from traditional Welsh woven fabrics gave it a visual link to the existing range of products so it could readily adopt the brand recognition and good will.

The project included pot sleeves, lids, a four-pack wrapper and shelf-ready unit so it was fully set up and market-ready.

We also designed a sampler stand so they could demonstrate to shoppers just how good the product is and get the brand off to a flying start.
